Indonesia special line export operation process
1. Power of Attorney
Entire invoice: The shipper fills in the freight consignment letter. The consignment book should include the following contents: shipper, consignee, airport of origin, airport of destination, required route/application for booking, declared value for transportation, declared value for customs, insurance amount, handling matters , Documents attached to the waybill, actual gross weight, tariff category, billable weight, product name and quantity of the goods, shipper's signature, date, etc.
Bulk cargo: The shipper shall provide the packing list. Packing list content: customer shipping marks, name, quantity, weight, box gauge (dimensions), value, pictures of each box of goods, contact number of the consignor, contact information and address of the consignee.
2. Review documents
The documents should include: invoice, packing list, consignment book, submission item, commodity inspection certificate, claim agreement, payment guarantee, and customs seal.
3. Space booking
Whole ticket air freight: After receiving the shipment forecast from the consignor, our company will provide the best route and the most reasonable freight rate according to the consignor's requirements. After the customer confirms, submit the booking form to the airline.
Bulk cargo: Our company will arrange the shipment at a fixed time.
4. Warehousing
Self-delivery by the consignor: the consignor sends the goods and packing list to our warehouse according to the requirements, and the warehouse manager receives the goods and issues a receipt to the consignor.
Our company picks up the goods at the door: the consignor needs to provide us with the specific receiving address, contact person, telephone number, time and other relevant information to ensure that the goods are put into the warehouse in time, and the cost is extra.
5. Export customs declaration
After the customs declaration documents are complete, our company will act as the agent of the consignor to declare to the customs;
6. Overseas customs clearance
After the goods arrive at the foreign port, our company will submit to the foreign customs Document declaration;
7. Delivery
After the customs clearance of the goods is completed, our company will arrange unified delivery or notify the consignee to pick it up.
8. Fee Settlement
Whole ticket: The first cooperation customer or ticket settlement customer should settle the relevant transportation and miscellaneous fees before the plane takes off. Monthly account customers should confirm the bill before the flight takes off.
Bulk cargo: The customer who cooperates for the first time or the customer with a ticket, after receiving the delivery notice, needs to pay the freight first, and then deliver.
Precautions for Indonesian special line export
1. Special circumstances such as holidays, flight delays, customs inspections, etc. will affect the overall timeliness, and special circumstances will be notified in time;
2. All goods and packaging must have the Made in China logo; the outer packaging of the goods should comply with international transportation Standard, the goods cannot be exposed;
3. Packaging requirements: cartons covered with woven bags, please affix or write the shipping mark (customer code) on the outer box of the package;
4. Oversized and overweight (gross weight of a single piece≥40kgs) Please inform our company in advance to assist in laying the pallets for the use of forklifts;
5. It is recommended not to mix goods as much as possible, and to mix goods with different prices, and settle according to the highest price;
6. Please pack fragile items Good packaging, good safety measures, our company will not accept compensation for damage during transportation;
7. Please purchase insurance for high-value items; if the entire item is lost, our company will compensate for the freight of the lost item twice (no need to pay for lost items Freight for the goods), the maximum shall not exceed 50% of the value of the goods;
8. In order to avoid additional courier fees, if you are not sure whether the goods can be successfully cleared, please consult our customer service before sending the goods to our warehouse Personnel, after checking and confirming, it can be sent to our warehouse;
9. In order to meet the requirements of the national logistics real-name system, please provide a scanned copy of the consignor's certificate (personal ID card or company business license) and true and accurate cargo information , if there are additional costs and delays in the declaration due to discrepancies in the information, the consignor shall be responsible.
