TikTok Shop’s local store in Malaysia has released the latest information. From June 9, 2025, customers who purchase goods from Mall stores can apply for return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. Before that, most customers had 15 calendar days, while some customers had 30 calendar days.
What is the return process when the product is “no longer needed”?
When customers choose “no longer needed” as the reason for return, the platform allows them to return the goods when they change their minds, but they need to comply with the terms and conditions described in this article.
 
Important note: Such returns will not affect the seller’s store performance indicators (such as store rating, review rate, etc.), nor will they lead to any compulsory measures taken by the platform, and the seller does not need to bear the round – trip freight.
